The GenAI Enablement Product Team in HEINEKEN builds, governs, and scales GenAI solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and innovation across the company. The team scope includes developing and operating the enterprise GenAI enablement platform, delivering use cases such as conversational agents, agentic apps and knowledge-retrieval systems, as well as establishing secure development practices for GenAI-based solutions.
The Product Team works within the Hyperautomation Tribe, collaborating closely with the Power Platform, Robotics & Automation, and OutSystems product teams to provide self-service capabilities, guardrails, governance, and improve the organizational AI literacy. The ultimate goal of the team is to enable other HEINEKEN organizations globally to adopt AI safely and at scale.
As a Product Architect for the GenAI Enablement product team, you are responsible for the technical direction, architectural foundations, and solution quality of the enablement platform and the GenAI solutions delivered by the team. The work is carried out in alignment with HEINEKEN Global Architecture and Global Security, while adhering to Responsible AI principles, to ensure that all HEINEKEN organizations worldwide can deliver compliant, high-quality GenAI solutions.
Your responsibilities would include:
- defining and maintaining the end‑to‑end architecture vision for GenAI Enablement platform
- translating Global Architecture guidance into standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns for development teams developing on the platform
- guiding solution design for LLM‑driven applications, including chatbots, internal agents, enterprise assistants, and document‑automation use cases
- leading technical decisions on LLM models, agent frameworks, vector search, observability tooling, and secure deployment patterns
- ensuring all GenAI solutions adhere to Responsible AI, security assessments (DA/BIA/PIA), and regulatory requirements
- collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities
- supporting HEINEKEN teams worldwide in adopting GenAI safely and effectively through enablement, reviews, and community development.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, with demonstratable hands‑on involvement in GenAI projects
- experience in designing, building and maintaining cloud-based enterprise platforms and leading teams of platform developers
- built or designed conversational agents, LLM‑powered apps, or cognitive solutions before
- communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences and collaborate across multicultural teams.
- passion about scaling AI responsibly, securely, and at enterprise level.
You are a perfect candidate if you also have:
- experience with Power Platform / Copilot Studio
- experience in Python or C#
- understanding of Azure APIM, integration patterns, RAG architectures.
