Senior Team Lead Material Call-off

Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing team of 8-10 material call-off for raw and packaging material, covering all markets across Europe
• Resolving escalations related to material deliveries and supplier issues
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials & lead improvement projects
• Coordinating and collaborating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders, and procurement
• Building and standardizing call-off capability, benchmarking best practices across markets
• Contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities

You are a good candidate if you have:

• University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Work experience: 5-7 years
• Work experience in supply chain management and transformation;
• Demonstrated experience working for a multinational organization
• FMCG / Bev industry experience
• Experience in OpCo supply chain
• Very good English level, written and spoken
