Senior Product Specialist EPM

Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting Product Owner in proactively managing respective finance product
- working as part of product team to increase the product value and realize product backlog
- providing specialized E2E process and product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
- validating process designs
- translating process standards into solutions within supporting technology
- identifying, owning and driving product-related improvements
- proposing to Product Owner redesigns of existing processes and implementation of new functionalities based on analysis of improvement opportunities
- assessing change requests (CRs, BRDs) to implement new functionalities and driving the implementation
- maintaining day-to-day product operations by monitoring business changes and providing D&T with required requests and information
- analysing issues and incidents before handing them over to D&T team or product solution provider
- providing functional and business assessment of issues and incidents
- performing functional and business testing of new or fixed functionalities
- coordinating UAT with key users
- ensuring process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure
- delivering refreshment trainings to key and end users
- keeping training materials up to date
- supporting system upgrades, new service packs and implementation of new notes
- supporting globally driven changes impacting the tool set-up
- acting as a first point of contact for escalations
- guiding opcos in scope to follow standard processes
- ensuring process changes are modelled and updated in HEPM
- ensuring opcos maintain compliance with data management standards
- measuring KPIs/PPI
- measuring template usage.
You’re a good candidate if you have:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or other related studies
- at least 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment, including 2+ years of experience in FP&A
- end-to-end understanding of finance processes with ability to discuss with senior stakeholders
- solid knowledge of the FP&A processes
- strong analytical skills
- proficiency in microsoft excel and data analysis tools
- strong and effective communication skills
- proven contributions to process improvement and standardization projects
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:
- Oracle EPM knowledge
- understanding of the HEINEKEN finance processes
- understanding of business control and management accounting & reporting in the context of Heineken environment
- OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience
- BASE experience would be an asset
- knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)
- experience in conducting trainings.
