Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.


The Senior Product Owner ePayments is accountable and responsible for defining and executing the feature roadmap for HEINEKEN’s ePayments capabilities, ensuring strong alignment between epics, features, and measurable business outcomes (impact & value). You will lead the expansion of our digital payment solutions globally. This role works closely with other Senior Product Owners, the Touchpoint Lead, and key Business and D&T stakeholders across OpCos, Regions, and Platforms on creating payments solutions that help our Opcos and users, simplify and grow their business. The Senior ePayments Product Owner owns the functional, non-functional, and technical outcomes of the digital payments solutions within scope, including reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and reusability.The Senior ePayments Product Owner defines clear outcomes (the what) and success criteria for features, facilitates refinement within the product teams, and prioritises the backlog based on impact, value, and portfolio priorities. They remain up to date with relevant technical, regulatory, and methodological trends in payments and fintech and validate that delivered increments meet agreed KPIs and quality standards. Budget and capacity are actively managed in line with agreed run rates. 

 


Your responsibilities would include:

 

- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition for ePayments capabilities, aligned with the RTC strategy and DBB foundations, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets and incorporating and remaining up-to-date on emerging industry trends and best practices
- Own business outcomes and value measurement by using data and analytics to monitor platform performance (e.g. availability, conversion, cost, fraud, compliance), customer behaviour, and adoption across OpCos; partner closely with the Value Measurement & CX team to define OKRs and a robust KPI framework, embedding quality, security, and data standards in definitions of done
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle within the ePayments domain, from ideation and intake through delivery, deployment, and continuous optimisation; continuously improve feature intake and prioritisation using best practices and learnings from markets
- Lead and empower cross-functional product teams, working closely with engineering, architecture, security, legal/compliance, experimentation, and business stakeholders to build strong business cases and roadmaps that deliver tangible value to HEINEKEN
- Manage and develop direct reports, typically Business Analysts and Product Owners, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management
- Plan and prioritise sprints and features in collaboration with stakeholders, managing dependencies and cross-portfolio trade-offs (time, effort, cost, risk, and value) across products and platforms
- Maintain and refine the Product Backlog at feature level, maximising reusability and standardisation across OpCos while balancing local market needs with global platform strategy
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement, driving adoption of new payment capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, MtC process teams, Finance, Risk, Legal, and D&T to optimise end-to-end payment and financial user journeys
- Communicate product vision, priorities, risks, and business impact clearly to teams and stakeholders, translating emerging user, regulatory, and market needs into actionable product outcomes
- Partner with internal legal and tech security teams to understand regulatory environment/limitations & maintain compliance within HEINEKEN financial products
Collaborate with financial partners and institutions around the world to maintain and support OpCos with their partnerships, where relevant

 

You are a good candidate if you have:


Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Technology)
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management
- Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle, omnichannel commerce and financial processes
- Strong experience using data and analytics to steer product decisions and measure outcomes
- Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale change in a matrixed, international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic, value-driven mindset
- Experience with digital commerce platforms, ideally including payments, fintech, or financial integrations
- Experience with core financial processes (e.g. Order to cash, Purchase to pay and Record to report)
- Strong Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and backlog prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences


Preferred


- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management
- Experience in ePayments, PSP integrations, or regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of the commercial value chain and customer-facing digital journeys
