At HEINEKEN, we are on a journey to become the best‑connected brewer in the world, with Digital Commerce playing a central role in this ambition. Digital Commerce is responsible for designing, developing and scaling the IT solutions that serve our customers better, faster and smarter across the entire Route‑to‑Consumer ecosystem. After successfully building our software engineering organization, we are now entering the next stage of our evolution by accelerating the growth of Digital Commerce. We deliver digital products that directly support company revenue while elevating customer experience. Join us in shaping the technological capabilities that power HEINEKEN’s global Commerce strategy.

We are now expanding Hub by adding skilled Product Owners and Product Designers. This expansion reinforces our Digital Commerce team’s commitment to serving customers better, faster, and smarter by strengthening Route-to-Consumer (RtC) capabilities, embracing customer-centric approaches, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

With eazle, we are building a global digital ecosystem to empower all our touchpoints: the B2B Customer, our Salesforce, Distributors and Customer Service. Within the Salesforce touchpoint, your customer is the Sales Rep and the digital product portfolio in this area aims to drive growth through improved productivity and streamlined customer acquisition.

As the Senior Product Owner Acquisition, you will be responsible for shaping how to drive business growth through new customer acquisition, owning a set of products in the upper most part of the funnel, specifically trade census, prospect identification and product assortment. Building a truly global product portfolio, you will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, experimentation, and business facing stakeholders, as well as customers, to build out business cases and roadmaps that deliver value to HEINEKEN. This will typically be delivered in a hybrid manner between project and product led delivery, balancing agile product development with business led discovery and prioritisation. As the portfolio grows in
maturity, you may move away from hands-on execution across multiple delivery teams to management of Product Owners who will own the delivery of a product within the Acquisition portfolio.

This role will be high impact and high visibility as it will have ownership over a critical product set to realise the current & future vision of the organization.
