Senior Planning & Business Control Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
 

• PEC activities: accrual calculations, journal entry preparation and input, and control validations to ensure compliance
• Analysis and Reporting: building reports for various support functions, providing variance analysis with comments, and cost analysis in accounts. Supporting detailed expense reporting, such as T&E (Travel & Entertainment) and R&E (Resources & Expenses) for HGSS
• Digital Transformation: proposing efficiency improvements, optimizing existing reports, and building new reports to support evolving processes
• Budget: supporting the Business Planning team during budget processes with analysis and data input
• Assisting stakeholders with questions and requests, performing data extracts and uploads into systems, and other similar support activities.
   

You are a good candidate if you have:
 

• a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in planning, controlling, or financial analysis
• a strong finance/accounting background with experience in SAP
• excellent Excel skills and familiarity with other reporting tools
• very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
   

You are a perfect match if you also have:
 

• experience with Anaplan and Power BI (user level)
• experience working with a large amount of data
• experience in audit.
