Senior Planning & Business Control Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:

• ensuring maintenance of master data related to controlling
• providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting
• ensuring delivery of Heineken governance cycle On Time in Full – month end, AP, SP
• executing assigned process controls and proactively reports any instances of non-compliance
• preparing and monitoring actual results. Supports each monthly accounting close (analysing cost, accruals preparation etc.)
• supporting budget, LE preparation by providing necessary analysis and data input
• performing and providing necessary analysis (e.g. effectiveness, efficiency of HGSS operation) to support HGSS’s performance measurement and decision-making
• preparing reconciliation of charges to OpCos by providing necessary analysis and data input.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Master/Bachelor (in Economic field)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in planning & control 
• experience with automated systems and affinity with IT
• excellent written and verbal English
• excellent Excel skills and other reporting tools.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• project certification (CIMA/ACCA).
