Senior People Services Specialist

Please note: This is a temporary position – approximately 1 year contract with the possibility of extension.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Coordinating and tracking project activities and deliverables
  • Preparing and providing status reports
  • Maintaining and managing HR data and overviews
  • Coordinating RfA delivery
  • Assisting with project documentation and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR partners to address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed

 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in coordinating HR programs or projects
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures 
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information
