Senior Finance Business Analyst PRISM

The PRISM Business Analyst role is primarily focused on the deployment of Global Solutions as common platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo).

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope, as a Subject Matter Expert.

 

The goals to achieve are:

  • Harmonized ways of working
  • Common standard processes
  • Common system platform(s) across OpCo

 

Your responsibilities would include:
 

  • ensuring the implementation of the Global Template solution of: PRISM program (PriceFX) alongside CORE & Digital Backbone
  • supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope of the PRISM program
  • performing ‘AS IS’ analysis during Solution Identification (SOL-ID) phase and collects required information for the Change Impact analysis; facilitates impact analysis execution and resolution
  • assisting Operating Company’s in successfully closing of gaps between “as is” and “to be” situation.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:
 

  • at least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
  • minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance function specific to the area of OtC Pricing and Discounts
  • proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system
  • ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders
  • ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • strong analytical and project management skills
  • great communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management.
