Senior P&CI Specialist - Business Process Management

Your daily tasks may include:

• acting as a Business Partner for Global Programs, Global Functions, GP&CI and OpCo P&CI teams, providing guidance on Business Process Management and ensuring improvement opportunities and learnings are captured and acted upon
• training process modelers on ARIS Cloud and ARIS Express and ensuring they are up to date with ARIS system requirements.
• supporting Global Functions, Global Programs and OpCo teams during AS IS and TO BE process mapping
• supporting the Global P&CI Manager – Standing Organisation in defining the Business Process Management framework, approach and standard requirements, and ensuring the ARIS BPM architecture supports these requirements
• supporting the Global P&CI Manager – Standing Organisation in defining budget requirements for ARIS BPM, managing the approved budget, and
• driving system changes in line with business requirements
• acting as an incident manager to ensure ARIS BPM continuity and stability, providing ongoing support and addressing questions from ARIS end users.

You are a good match if you have:

• OTIF and on budget delivery of ARIS BPM system changes
• comprehensive training, support, coaching, and guidance to drive compliance with HEINEKEN’s process taxonomy, rules, and process mapping hierarchy
• robust and well-organised ARIS BPM back-end, ensuring that libraries, licenses, and user access are properly set up, maintained, and functioning smoothly
• university degree/Masters (e.g. in Finance, Business Administration or IT)
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• project certification
• process modelling convention BPMN2.0
• experience in coding is a plus.
