Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivers operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stake holders within his/her area of expertise – L&D
  • Responsible for process execution and status monitoring as per the L&D policies and agreed approach
  • Answers employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding L&D processes and practices
  • Leads L&D initiatives and projects by acting as expert in his/her domain – L&D
  • Has sound and deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the given HR domain ( L&D)
  • Supports design, revision and implementation of the HR policies and practices
  • Takes active part in HR discussions and workshops to work out best in class L&D services
  • Responsible for L&D Agenda realization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience within the large, dynamic organization
  • University degree  -  Master in Psychology preferable
  • Experience in designing and implementing new HR processes and practices
  • Experience in organizing and conducting development programs (development programs for People Leaders will be an asset)
  • Ability to analyze training needs and based on the input design and deliver training agenda
  • Ability to work effectively in changing business environment
  • Good level of knowledge in the specialization field – developing and conducting business skills training and leadership skills training
  • Good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and balance project requirements
  • Excellent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing subsidizing programs
  • Experience in assessment/development centers
