Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:
 

  • conducting training needs analysis across HGSS and Hubs to identify development priorities
  • proposing and implementing development actions based on training needs assessment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • managing training programs, including planning, scheduling, and tracking learning progress across the organization
  • overseeing the L&D training agenda, including KPI setting, training calendar management, and L&D catalog updates
  • collaborating with external vendors to coordinate and negotiate external training programs
  • supervising L&D Single Points of Contact (SPOCs), ensuring smooth execution of L&D activities and high-quality service delivery
  • managing internal development programs, such as development academies, onboarding programs, and talent management initiatives
  • supporting learning logistics, including organizing sessions, preparing communications, and coordinating with teams
  • leading reporting and data analysis of learning programs, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and automation tools to track and visualize training progress
  • managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring smooth administration of training content.


Please note that this is a coordination-focused role, not a trainer position.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:
 

  • 3+ years of experience in learning & development, HR, or talent development
  • strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in designing and implementing L&D processes
  • ability to analyze learning & talent data, generate insights, and recommend process improvements
  • stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • fluent English (spoken and written) to collaborate in an international environment
  • proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI.
     

You are a perfect match if you also have:
 

  • experience in LMS management, data visualization, and automation
  • ability to work in a fast-changing business environment, adapting learning solutions to business needs.
