Senior Invoicing Specialist with German

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • raising bills and credit notes for approved customer disputes and bonuses as they are required
  • issuing invoices including sundry invoices
  • looking after proper document flow
  • daily cooperating and discussing any confusions with our partner
  • regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues  
  • month end closing activities.

 

 

You are a good Candidate if you:

 

  • have min 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • speak English & German fluently (min. B2)
  • want to broaden your knowledge in Financial field
  • are accurate and detail oriented
  • are ready to develop your skills in the area of SAP and Excel systems
  • have a previous experience in Order to Cash (nice to have).
