Senior Global Process & Control Improvement Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

• supporting HEINEKEN's Global Programme (DBB) by acting as the go-to expert in Business Process Management, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Global, Regional and Operating Company teams
• guiding and coaching the global design DBB team to ensure process designs, including roles, applications, risks, and controls, are accurately documented in ARIS Cloud following global standards
• overseeing that the designed processes align with HEINEKEN's process taxonomy and proactively ensuring their completeness and accuracy
• providing functional support to the DBB design team and local teams, addressing questions and guiding end users (global and OpCo viewers)
• ensuring processes are well-documented, end-to-end, in ARIS and that relevant checks are implemented and followed up
• providing training to global modellers and OpCo modellers on ARIS Cloud and VISIO, ensuring they are updated on system requirements
• managing process design, construction, and deployment according to HEPM+ standards
• running scripts for the DBB global program to move approved changes, manage libraries, and support system maintenance
• staying updated on best practices and ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
   

You are a good candidate if you have:
 

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Process Management, with expertise in process modelling conventions (e.g., BPMN2.0) and providing functional support for process modelling applications (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, or similar)
• experience working with multiple OpCos across regions, demonstrating strong cultural awareness and adaptability
• solid understanding of end-to-end process thinking, with a combination of analytical and conceptual skills
• proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., ARIS, Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart)
• excellent verbal and written English skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with time pressure.
   

You're a perfect candidate if you also have: 
 

• coding experience to enhance reporting, release and quality management in ARIS Cloud
• experience in managing and supporting digital transformation programs.
