Senior Global Auditor

As a Global Senior Auditor, you are part of Global Audit, a leading-edge audit function recognized in the industry for its innovative approach to complex topics. You’ll work along a diverse team of 50+ professionals, bringing different perspectives on our journey to remain best in class. Global Audit provides trusted assurance and relevant insights to HEINEKEN’s Executive Team, to strengthen HEINEKEN’s governance, internal control and risk management activities, thereby protecting HEINEKEN’s reputation, people and assets. 

 

This job is based in Krakow, Poland, and we believe hybrid ways of working bring flexibility to all our colleagues. A combination of working a few days from the office and/or remotely creates the space for more creativity, co-creation, mentoring and learning.
Throughout the year, this role may require business travel of approximately 15–20% of your time across locations all over the globe.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • delivering end‑to‑end audit engagements across different functions, markets, and transformational programmes
  • helping to shape our approach to more complex topics such as key transformation initiatives, culture, digital & technology, and sustainability, in close collaboration with Audit Managers
  • applying strong analytical skills to identify risks and areas for improvement
  • supporting the development of less experienced team members
  • providing clear, well‑grounded insights that strengthen governance, controls, and behaviours across the organisation, drawing on an understanding of business processes, systems, and data
  • participating in building functional expertise (e.g. Commerce, Supply Chain, D&T, Finance) and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • leading and taking part in initiatives (team innovation projects) that improve Global Audit’s ways of working.


You are a good match if you:

  • have 4+ years of post‑university experience in audit, consulting, risk management, internal controls, finance, or a related field
  • are curious, analytical, and able to connect the dots across processes, stakeholders, and data
  • can work both independently and collaboratively, adjusting your style to different environments
  • have strong communication skills and can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels
  • enjoy working in a diverse, global, and dynamic team environment.
