Senior Communications & Employer Branding Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:
 

• developing and implementing the Employer Branding strategy with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes
• preparing and executing comprehensive internal and external communication plans to enhance Employer Branding and Employee Engagement
• creating engaging content for communication and promotional materials to support Employer Branding initiatives
• collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of communication and branding efforts
• planning and executing company events, meetings, surveys, and engagement activities, particularly targeting IT professionals
• supporting the organization of complex events, ensuring that they align with the company's Employer Branding goals.
  
   

You are a good candidate if you have:
 

• a university degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Design, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in planning and executing Employer Branding and Employee Engagement activities in a corporate environment
• at least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding activities specifically for IT professionals
• proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft content tailored to different target audiences
• a successful track record of planning and executing complex events
• excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills
• strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams to execute branding and communication strategies.
