Senior Change Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

 

 

  • Supporting development and implementation of the Change
  • Supporting creating and implementing change approaches and communication
  • Securing alignment  and integration of change management activities into overall programme/project plan 
  • Driving the embedding of change into sustainable standing organisation 
  • Identifying stakeholders at all stages and levels of the change projects and define an effective stakeholder engagement plan 
  • Collaborating and engageing actively with Communication, Learning and Development, Organisational Development and HR Business Partner colleagues


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in change management or change related areas, such as HR, Corporate Relations, programme management or business in an international environment
  • Experience in successful running, coordinating or key contribution to a medium to large size and complexity organizational changes
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme lifecycle
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
