Senior Change Management Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:
 

  • Change Development & Implementation: Supporting the development and execution of change initiatives ensuring they are aligned with deliverables and plans. This includes designing detailed change management plans and driving their implementation across various projects and programs.
  • Change Approach & Communication: Developing and implementing comprehensive change approaches, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication throughout the change process. This also means working closely with project managers to ensure change management efforts are synchronized with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and engaging stakeholders at all stages and levels of the change project. Developing and implementing an effective stakeholder engagement plan to secure buy-in, addressing concerns, and promoting active participation.
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Collaborating actively with Communication, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to change management. Leveraging these partnerships to enhance the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Change Management Experience: 3+ years in change management, HR, corporate relations, program management, or business operations, ideally in an international setting.
  • Organizational Change Expertise: Proven success in leading or contributing to medium-to-large scale changes, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver impactful results.
  • Change & Program Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of change management principles and program lifecycle, with the ability to integrate change initiatives seamlessly.
  • People-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of how people experience change and the ability to support them through transitions.
