Senior CPI Specialist

To drive the continuous improvement culture across GP&CI, HBS, and OpCo P&CI by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing game-changing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies. The role operates at enterprise level, collaborates with OpCos, regions, and Global Functions to deliver F&F savings, cash improvements, process efficiency, controls, and quality, all in support of the EVERGREEN strategy. By fostering innovation, building CPI capabilities, and leveraging best practices, the CPI Senior Specialist ensures a positive business impact and helps unlock the organization’s full potential.
Your responsibilities would include:
- co-owning and driving the enterprise-wide CPI strategy and culture across GP&CI and OpCos, accountable for measurable improvements in operational efficiency, risk reduction, and value creation
- connecting the CPI methodology in a pragmatic approach to solve control issues and risks identified in the business
- co-developind and executing the global CPI capability and talent development strategy, including certification standards (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt), building a sustainable pipeline of process excellence leaders across OpCos
- driving the identification and prioritisation of CPI opportunities with Global Functions, regions and OpCos. Assesses the sources of process improvements (e.g., KPI and PPI, audit findings, technical changes)
- involvement in improvement Projects - provides content reference and expertise (e.g., with defining project goals and business cases, costs, and benefits analysis) and advises project teams which execute the CPI projects on methods (mentoring, coaching)
- driving the measuring and monitoring of improvement initiatives globally in the organization, tracking progress, and evaluating the benefits realisation and success. Compile reports to HEINEKEN stakeholders on progress and results of improvement initiatives through regular governance and floor visual management
- partnering with senior leaders across Global Functions and regions to shape and deliver end-to-end, cross-functional process improvements, influencing strategic decisions and operating model design
- staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies to continually improve processes and maintain a competitive edge
- governing CPI Framework and defining CPI Roadmap across OpCos. Ensures that standards and lean principles are accessible and easy to use daily. Identifies benchmarks and external best practices to continuously challenge and improve processes.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement
- Proven track record of implementing global process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, or similar approaches
- Proven track record of creating a culture and sustainable program of continuous improvement with creative gamification in place
- Demonstrated experience in coaching Lean Six Sigma projects
- You are a perfect match if you also have:
- Proven ability working in an international setting
- Experience in assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations, and implementing changes that benefit business performance
- Proven experience in implementation of lean and standardization improvement methodologies in a transactional environment
- Experience in leading and driving process improvement workshops
- Excellent English communication skills.
