Senior Business Controller

Your responsibilities would include:

• Lead functional business partnering: Provide actionable insights, management information, giving interpretation and drive intervention (Strategic Plan, Anual Plan, Business Performance Management, Decision Support)
• Lead governance cycle for respective function, by aligning with senior stakeholders on the process and deliverables, prepare resource allocation  scenarios and design and develop relevant reports by MR or HGSS
• Support decision making, by developing business cases, providing scenario modelling, reviewing and supporting financial assessments and ad hoc analysis
• Benchmark internally & externally, and translate to action, both high level and deep-dive, on relevant business and financial indicators. Identify best practices and share across Regions & OpCos
• Project work: drive delivery of Evergreen 2030 by actively participating in major cross-functional initiatives focused on Growth, Productivity, and Future-Fit, as well as other relevant functional projects. Proactively step in to lead, coach, or support as required
• Maximise business performance, by leading and shaping performance management within the area of responsibility and working closely  alongside, challenging and influencing the business
• Collaboration within the Hub and Process Improvement

You are a good candidate if you have: 

• Education: Master in business economics or accounting & control(CIMA) or MBA. Thorough knowledge of business economic process
• Work experience: 8+ Years of relevant experience in Finance, with experience with automated systems
• Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, finance management ormanagerial reporting within the Supply Chain domain. Planning and Control experience with Capex is a pre.
• Other fields of expertise: Experience of working within a multinational matrix style environment is valuable
• Functional skills: Finance knowledge, analytical, strong communicator
• Languages: English (excellent verbal & written skills
