Senior Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is primarily focused on the deployment of Global Solutions as common platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo).
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope, as a Subject Matter Expert.
Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting the deployment of Global Solutions across Operating Companies (OpCos) as a Subject Matter Expert
- acting as a key partner in implementing standard finance processes aligned with HEINEKEN’s global strategy
- collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into system requirements
- providing guidance on process design, documentation, and SOP preparation in PtP, OtC, RtR, or BPM areas
- contributing to testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful solution adoption
- analyzing system issues and ensuring timely resolution with technical teams
- participating in or leading process improvement and standardization projects across the finance function
- leveraging ERP systems and finance tools to optimize end-to-end financial processes
- delivering clear and concise presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
You are a good candidate if you have:
- a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in finance/accounting within a SSC/BPO environment (depending on seniority level)
- proven expertise in at least one core finance process area (PtP, OtC, RtR, or BPM)
- hands-on experience working with ERP systems and finance tools
- a strong analytical mindset, with solid project management and process optimization skills
- excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across functions
- the ability to connect business strategy with operational execution
- knowledge of HEINEKEN finance processes, tools, and the OpCo environment (a plus)
Nice to have:
- experience in Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environments
- exposure to project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- hands-on involvement in finance transformation or standardization initiatives
- experience delivering training sessions or user support during implementations
