Senior Business Analyst (Celonis Process Mining)

Your responsibilities would include:
 

• leading the global implementation of Celonis Process Mining solutions in line with the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM)
• conducting 'AS IS' analyses and defining the 'TO BE' process state to unlock significant business value
• collaborating with internal teams and external developers to derive data-driven insights for process improvements
• coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless implementation, manage project milestones, and ensure process mining efforts align with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira
• developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating detailed project documentation, including training materials
• facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing scenarios, managing test data, and overseeing testing phases
• delivering training sessions and creating communication materials to guide stakeholders through new system implementations
• continuously identifying improvement opportunities, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring future process enhancements.
   

You are a good match if you have:
 

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with expertise in Celonis Process Mining, specifically in Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes
• strong experience in Agile project management, process analysis, and optimization
• effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical insights and non-technical stakeholders
• ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and bring a continuous improvement mindset to projects.
   

You're a perfect candidate if you also have:
 

• background in Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS)
• familiarity with project management methodologies such as P3M, PMP, Prince, or Agile
• proven contributions to process improvement and standardization projects.
