Senior Business Analyst (Basware)

The Basware Business Analyst role is primary focused on deployment of Basware PtP and Basware Network as a global business platform for vendor invoice management and invoice receipt in the Operating companies including operational activities related with product maintenance and product development. The Basware Business Analyst supports the deployment of the Basware solution from the business side as a subject matter expert having detailed knowledge of the product (both process and technology).  

Your responsibilities would include:

• supporting the implementation of the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model
• articulating and implementing the global standard processes and controls related to the supplier invoicing processes
• supporting central business product team in complex queries on product design and deployment
• supporting Project Manager with successful delivery of deployment outputs during all deployment stages
• closely cooperating with central D&T product team on translating business requirements into system solutions
• performing business testing during system upgrades and new functionalities implementation
• delivering trainings to central business product team
• developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working
• updating product documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or other related studies
• 3+ years of experience and good expertise with Invoice Receipt and Invoice processes and solutions in a similar position (application/functional expert) in an international shared service or BPO environment
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• ability to work independently as well as within a team environment and deliver within agreed deadlines
• understanding of end-to-end PtP processes
• proven experience with IT transformational projects and in facilitating design and validation workshops.

You are perfect candidate if you also have: 

• shared services experience; demonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placements
• knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. P3M, Prince, Agile)
• experience and good expertise with Basware Invoice Management
• functional and technical knowledge of SAP.
