Revenue Business Analyst

The PRISM Business Analyst role is primarily focused on the deployment of Global Solutions as common platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo). The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications to Global Template. The BA works closely with different stakeholders across various streams, departments and OpCos to understand their needs and challenges, and then translate them to global design build and implement solutions.

 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope, as a Subject Matter Expert.

Your responsibilities would include:
 

 

  • ensuring the implementation of the Global Solution based on the HEINKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM) for Market to Cash 
  • collecting required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitates impact analysis execution and resolution
  • assisting in successfully closing of gaps between “as is” and “to be” pricing capability 
  • providing expert knowledge on list price discount rebates and promotion management
  • developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts, preparing test data for UAT performance, coordinating testing cycle (authorizations, UAT, end to end tests, regression testing) 
  • reporting back on defects detected during the testing and coordinating defect resolution 
  • co-shaping the pricing data requirements and contirbuting to global pricing analytics design and generating insights
  • identifing improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future resolution.


 

You are a good candidate if you have:


 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • at least 3-4 years of experience in Finance/Commercial Controlling/Revenue Management/Pricing/OtC Finance
  • minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process function specific to the Pricing area
  • proven experience of contribiution to process improvement/standarization projects 
  • a can do mentality when it comes to gaining experience in RMG, Pricing & Discounts Mgmt., Trade Marketing, Sales Analytics and/or Finance
  • strong analytical, project management and communication skills
  • experience with data and data analyses
  • exposure to and knowledge of to either SAP Pricing modules, Pros, Vendavo, PriceFX, Vistex, or other pricing platform
  • knowledge of Pricing & Discounts Management, Sales Order Management, Order to Cash finance is preferred
  • basic understanding of Master Data and Transactional Data
  • understanding and knowledge of Market to Order and basic understanding of Order to Cash Global Standards, Design Book, RACM, KPI/PPI framework.

  • experience in a cross-functional and complex international environment 
  • experience with data management and OpCo knowledge.
