Regional Strategic Project Manager

Regional Strategic Project Manager is responsible, in close collaboration with Global and OpCo D&T teams, for supporting and orchestrating the delivery of European D&T strategic plans that are aligned with regional business priorities and D&T’s bold strategic moves. This role involves maintaining frequent and constructive collaboration with OpCos to identify and address gaps and challenges related to upcoming transformations. The ultimate goal is to ensure that OpCos are positioned to extract maximum value from their digital transformation journey.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • shaping and supporting, together with OpCos, the successful delivery of digital solutions portfolios by unlocking programs and orchestrating integrity processes and risk control product strategies on HEINEKEN platforms that meet the unique requirements and compliance needs of local markets

  • translating portfolio requirements and problems into tangible experience improvements, scoping, prioritizing, and driving them to completion

  • prioritizing portfolio opportunities effectively from a wide range of inputs to focus on the most impactful projects and aligning these priorities to product roadmaps

  • being aware of European regional, top-down policy and operational strategy

  • working closely with cross-functional D&T teams (functional teams, product management, operations, risk management, strategy, and commercials) to identify, assess, and resolve ad integrity-related issues across various products, processes, and regional events/crises.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • strong experience in portfolio management, project governance, and strategic project leadership

  • proven experience in managing digital solutions portfolios and ensuring program integrity

  • the ability to translate complex portfolio requirements into actionable improvements

  • expertise in prioritizing high-impact initiatives and aligning them with broader product strategies

  • a comprehensive understanding of European regional policies and compliance requirements

  • a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, especially with product management, risk management, and strategy teams

  • an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships across all levels of the organization

  • a high level of organization and a strong commitment to project management best practices, with the ability to lead complex coordination efforts at the regional level

  • the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities and responsibilities

  • a deep interest in developing and growing diverse business opportunities.
