Regional Functional Excellence Specialist

The purpose of the Regional Reporting & System Specialist (Health & Safety) role is to ensure effective planning and decision-making within the Regional Health & Safety Hub by governing the quality of data and making H&S performance data available at all levels of the organization. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality data and information, which are essential for informed decision-making in the H&S domain and the Operating companies in the region.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Acting as the H&S reporting and dashboarding specialist for the region, serving as the main contact and working closely with People, Supply Chain, OpCo’s, and other departments.
  • Designing and providing a regional consistent European H&S governance process, aligning with global processes, dashboards, initiatives, and policies per HEINEKEN standards, and prepare unified management reports for opco management.
  • Serving as the main contact for H&S system, data, and reporting queries in the region, supporting the global team in managing digital Health & Safety systems. 
  • Assisting with new module launches and system updates, suggest improvement to the system.
  • Analyzing regional Health & Safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present key findings with recommendations to HUB members and stakeholders for informed decisions.
  • Being the regional extension of the global functional excellence team.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant topic, preferably professional degree in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in systems, performance management, reporting and dashboarding and experience in a large multinational or consultancy firm. 
  • Prove track record of design and rolling dashboarding, governance processes etc., preferably - having the above experience in health & safety function.
  • Experience in managing and engaging cross functional/regional stakeholders
  • Knowledge in corporate governance 
  • Experience with IT systems (pref. H&S tools), PowerBi, Microsoft Office, networking capabilities, knowledge of digital (pref. H&S) industry trends
  • Very good communications skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Project management skills would be an asset
  • English - full professional proficiency (min. C1)
