Regional Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager

Your responsibilities would include:
- beeing the primary interface for top 25 projects in Europe
- acting as second level escalation Europe Regional D&T Manager Digital Transformation & Solutions
- Developing and continuously reviewing the projects portfolios in scope
- Validating spending approvals
- Developing opportunities and initiating projects to reduce cost
- Beeing responsible for streamlines process and improving work performance for regional team
- Validating, capturing, and reporting on all cost savings opportunities related to projects
- Sourcing new service providers
- Organizing and attending Portfolios Business Reviews to discuss challenges and improvements
- Supporting continuous improvement, escalations, and support
- Constructing successful and strong projects portfolios informed by market conditions, economic trends, and status of running projects in Europe
- Protecting investment strategy to stay align to the agreed investment objective
- Determining acceptable risk levels for project portfolios based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions.
- Planing and executing stakeholder communication strategy maintaining engagement of different parties (OpCo, Region, Global) on a constantly high level)
- Continuously identifing development and improvement opportunities in designated OpCos and driving the activities agreed upon, feeds into the agenda on making change stick based on feedback from the EU regional team
You are a good Candidate if:
- You speak English fluently
- You have bachelor or master's degree
- You have 10+ years of industry experience including a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing project portfolios
- You are comfortable working with Senior and Executive Leadership
- You have exceptional analytical skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills to build and maintain trusting relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
- You have good organisational, planning and executing skills
- You have experience in monitoring and reporting performance and portfolio management indicators
- You have ability to handle difficult situations and escalations
- You are proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
- You have a drive for continuous professional development in self and others
- You have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- You have ability to escalate problems for any support needed for problem resolution
- You have ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed support and engineering groups
- You have lean management and continuous improvement experience
- You are entrepreneurial; you are self-driven;
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, especially business -facing setting
- You are a devoted practitioner of project management and comfortable in leading complex coordination across various ream on regional
