Regional Digital Transformation Manager Commerce

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Crafting and executing Commerce regional-specific digital solutions through unlocking programs, orchestrate integrity processes and risk control product strategies on HEINEKEN platforms that meet the unique requirements and compliance of local markets
  • Translating Commerce requirements, and commercial partners problems into tangible experience improvements. Scope, prioritize and drive to completion
  • Effectively prioritizing Commerce business opportunities from a wide range of inputs so that you are working on the most impactful projects and align these priorities to product roadmaps
  • Beeing aware of European regional, top-down, policy and operational strategy affecting advertising and commercialization practice
  • Working closely with cross-functional D&T teams (Commerce policy, product management, operations, risk management, strategy, and commercials) to identify, assess and resolve ad integrity-related issues in Commerce products and processes, events/crisis in the region  

You are a good Candidate if:

  • You speak English fluently
  • You have bachelor or master's degree 
  • You have multiple years’ experience in Commerce, product management, product operations. Experience in supporting Commerce product launches in multiple markets is a plus
  • You are entrepreneurial. You are self-driven. Comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about supporting Commerce products that scale
  • You can be  clear communicator of Commerce product decisions and their rationale; you have  excellent stakeholder management skills, especially Commerce -facing setting
  • You are extremely organized; you are a devoted practitioner of project management and comfortable in leading complex coordination across various ream on regional level 
  • You are capable of in-depth interpretation through qualitative insights
  • You have deep interest in developing and growing Commerce business opportunities 
  • You have exceptional analytical skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills to build and maintain trusting relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
  • You have good organisational, planning and executing skills
  • You have experience in monitoring and reporting performance and portfolio management indicators
  • You have ability to handle difficult situations and escalations
  • You are proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
  • You have a  drive for continuous professional development in self and others
  • You have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • You have ability to escalate problems for any support needed for problem resolution
  • You have ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed support and engineering groups
  • You have lean management and continuous improvement experience
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills, especially business -facing setting
  • You are a devoted practitioner of project management and comfortable in leading complex coordination across various ream on regional level; capable of in-depth interpretation through qualitative insights; committed to organisational goals; demonstrate a high degree of loyality and integrity
