This role will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within Europe Support Functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal & Corp Affairs). Reporting to the Regional Digital Solutions Lead – Supply Chain and Support Functions, this position is responsible for executing and co-shaping HEINEKEN's digital strategy that connects global vision with local execution, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that modernize HEINEKEN’s Support Functions and strengthen its digital maturity across all European markets. The Regional Digital Solution Manager – Support Functions is responsible for building, managing, and growing positive European Regional impact on D&T Support Functions solutions, and proactively managing various dependencies. This role is responsible for overseeing the flow of information across OpCos. Regional Digital Solutions Manager – Support Functions ensures that everything related to the Support Functions’ projects is running smoothly and efficiently. This role ensures that OpCos extract the maximum possible value during the European Finance, HR, and Procurement digital transformation. This role will also help the region with finding ways to reduce costs, drive efficiency and productivity.
Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting Regional Support Functions D&T Initiatives: contributing to the execution of digital transformation initiatives for Support Functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational needs
- acting as Liaison between Support Functions & D&T: serving as a key contact point between regional Support Functions teams and D&T, helping translate business needs into clear digital requirement
- translating Business Needs into Solutions: working closely with Support Functions stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize digital requirements, supporting roadmap development and implementation planning
- driving Adoption & Usage: supporting the rollout and adoption of digital solutions within Support Functions, monitor usage and performance, manage issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- supporting Digital Landscape Simplification: contributing to initiatives that streamline and integrate digital tools, helping reduce complexity and
improve operational efficiency - collaborating with Global Teams: coordinating with global teams to support regional deployment of digital solutions, ensuring effective local
implementation and alignment with global standards - supporting Implementation of Emerging Technologies: assisting in identifying and piloting innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency and
effectiveness in Support Functions - monitoring & improving performance: supporting and strong contribution to the EU D&T productivity agenda. Identifying ways to reduce costs, and track relevant KPIs and support optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, user satisfaction (NPS), and value delivery
- support Financial & Planning Processes: contributing to budgeting, tracking and reporting of digital initiatives to ensure alignment with regional financial targets
- ensure Risk & Compliance Adherence: supporting compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements by following established security frameworks and governance guidelines.
You are a good candidate if you have: - 8+ years’ experience required in a similar role and in an international environment; ideally with experience both in local and global teams
- advanced degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- excellent analytical and organizational skills
- excellent written and verbal English
- strong collaboration skills: working effectively with Support Function teams and D&T colleagues to support the delivery of digital solutions that meet business requirements and add tangible value
- ability to understand Supply Chain business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions that support dayto-day operations, ensuring timely and effective implementation
- good stakeholder engagement skills: building constructive working relationships with stakeholders to support digital adoption and smooth implementation
- ability to translate technical requirements into understandable business language and supporting alignment between teams
- execution-oriented and solution-driven mindset: proactive in problem-solving and focused on delivering digital initiatives that improve performance and generate measurable improvements
