This role will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within Supply Chain Europe.
Reporting to the Regional Digital Solutions Lead – Support Functions and Supply Chain, this position is responsible for executing and co-shaping HEINEKEN's digital strategy that connects global vision with local execution, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that modernize HEINEKEN’s Supply Chain and strengthen its digital maturity across all European markets. The role will focus on steering and managing the execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives across HEINEKEN’s European Supply Chain, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving the adoption of digital capabilities that enhance agility, resilience, and long-term business value. This role holds enterprise-wide accountability for digital transformation governance, cross-market performance, and the stability of core Supply Chain platforms. The focus expands from enabling tools to architecting structural change, leveraging data, automation, and advanced technologies to deliver financial, operational, and sustainability outcomes that define HEINEKEN’s future Supply Chain. It requires strategic influence at senior leadership levels, deep collaboration across Finance, Procurement, and Operations, and ownership of Europe-wide digital transformation impact, value realization, and escalation management.
Your responsibilities would include:
- leading and managing Regional Supply Chain D&T Initiatives: driving digital transformation projects for Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with regional productivity goals and business needs
- liaising between Regional Supply Chain & D&T: serving as the first contact point between regional Supply Chain teams and D&T, ensuring digital solutions meet regional challenges and business objectives
- converting Regional needs into D&T Solutions: collaborating with Supply Chain teams to define and prioritize digital requirements, developing actionable roadmaps for execution
- responsibility for Adoption & Value Realization: overseeing the adoption and utilization of digital solutions in the Supply Chain, tracking and monitoring performance, managing escalations, and driving continuous optimization to maximize business value
- co-shaping and simplifying Regional Digital Landscape: leading efforts to streamline and integrate digital solutions, reducing fragmentation and
increasing operational efficiency - coordinating with Global Teams: working with global teams to deploy solutions regionally, ensuring local needs are met and effectively integrated into global platforms
- implementing Emerging Technologies: identifying and deploying innovative digital solutions that drive efficiency and operational improvement in Supply Chain
- measure & Improve Performance: tracking key performance metrics, optimizing digital solutions to improve efficiency, NPS, and ROI in Supply Chain
- supporting Regional Financial & Strategic Planning: ensuring digital initiatives align with regional financial goals and contribute to business growth
- managing Digital Risks & Compliance: mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in the Regional Supply Chain digital solutions, by ensuring solutions align with established security governance frameworks and fully meet defined security requirements.
You are a good candidate if you have: - 8+ years’ experience required in a similar role and in an international environment; ideally with experience both in local and global teams
- advanced degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- professional certifications in project management, data analytics, or specific digital technologies can be advantageous
- experienced across a wide range of Information Technology disciplines, including Project Management, Business Information Management, Consultancy, Service management and Improvement, Software Development
- collaborative leadership skills, capable of working across both Supply Chain business teams and global D&T teams to ensure digital solutions are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and add value
- excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels to drive digital adoption and ensure successful implementation
- influencing without control; translating tech requirements into business language for all stakeholder levels
- strong execution and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of digital initiatives that improve Supply Chain performance and achieve measurable results.
