Regional Digital Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and growth within the On Trade sector across Europe. Reporting to the Regional Digital Solutions Lead Growth, Commerce, this position is responsible for executing a digital strategy that supports the growth objectives of the On Trade channel, addressing its complexities, and creating unified digital solutions for various business models (direct, indirect, and multi-category). This role will focus on streamlining processes, accelerating digital adoption, and ensuring the region is positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities through innovative digital platforms and customer-centric solutions.
Your responsibilities would include:
- leading Regional On Trade D&T Initiatives: drive digital transformation projects for the On Trade sector, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals and business needs
- liaising between Regional On Trade & D&T: Serve as the main contact between regional On Trade teams and D&T, ensuring digital solutions meet regional challenges and business objectives
- converting regional needs into D&T Solutions: collaborate with On Trade teams to define and prioritize digital requirements, developing actionable roadmaps for execution
- ensuring adoption & value realization: oversee the adoption and utilization of digital solutions in the On Trade sector, tracking performance and optimizing for value
- simplify regional digital landscape: lead efforts to streamline and integrate digital solutions, reducing fragmentation and increasing operational efficiency
- coordinating with global teams: work with global teams to deploy solutions regionally, ensuring local needs are met and effectively integrated into global platforms
- implementing emerging technologies: identify and deploy innovative digital solutions that drive growth and operational improvement in the On Trade sector
- measuring & improving performance: track key performance metrics, optimizing digital solutions to improve efficiency, NPS, and ROI in the On Trade region
- supporting regional financial & strategic planning: ensure digital initiatives align with regional financial goals and contribute to business growth
- managing digital risks & compliance: mitigate risks and ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in the On Trade region.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 8+ years experience required in a similar role and in a international environment; ideally with experience both in local and global teams
- advanced degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- professional certifications in project management, data analytics, or specific digital technologies can be advantageous
- experienced across a wide range of Information Technology disciplines including Project Management, Business Information Management, Consultancy, Service Management and Improvement, Software Development
- proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

- collaborative leadership skills, capable of working across both On Trade business teams and global D&T teams to ensure digital solutions are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and add value
- excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels to drive digital adoption and ensure successful implementation
- strong execution and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of digital initiatives that improve On Trade performance and achieve measurable results.
