This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation and growth within the off-trade sector across Europe. Reporting to the Regional Digital Solutions Lead - Growth, Commerce, this position is responsible for executing a digital strategy that supports the growth objectives of the Off Trade channel. The role will focus on simplifying the digital landscape, accelerating the optimization of existing digital solutions, and improving the effectiveness of the sales reps by leveraging regional synergies. The primary goal is to lead and drive a regional transformation agenda, ensuring that digital tools and platforms are streamlined, fully adopted, and optimized to improve performance across markets. This role will look to enhance operational efficiency, reduce redundancies, and drive greater effectiveness in Off Trade operations, ensuring that the region can capitalize on growth opportunities through simplified and innovative digital solutions.
Your responsibilities would include:
- driving digital transformation projects for the off-trade sector, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals and business needs
- serving as the main contact between regional off-trade teams and D&T, ensuring digital solutions meet regional challenges and business objectives
- collaborating with off-trade teams to define and prioritize digital requirements, developing actionable roadmaps for execution
- overseeing the adoption and utilization of digital solutions in the off-trade sector, tracking performance, and optimizing for value
- leading efforts to streamline and integrate digital solutions, reducing fragmentation and increasing operational efficiency
- coordinating with global teams to deploy solutions regionally, ensuring local needs are met and effectively integrated into global platforms
- implementing emerging technologies, identifying and deploying innovative digital solutions that drive growth and operational improvement in the On Trade sector
- measuring and improving performance, tracking key performance metrics, optimizing digital solutions to improve efficiency, NPS, and ROI in the On Trade region
- supporting regional financial & strategic planning, ensuring digital initiatives align with regional financial goals and contribute to business growth
- managing digital risks & compliance, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards in the On Trade region.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 8+ years of experience required in a similar role and an international environment; ideally with experience in both local and global teams
- advanced degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- professional certifications in project management, data analytics, or specific digital technologies can be advantageous
- experienced across a wide range of Information Technology disciplines, including Project Management, Business Information Management, Consultancy, Service Management and Improvement, Software Development
- proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

- excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels to drive digital adoption and ensure successful implementation
- strong execution and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of digital initiatives that improve off-trade performance and achieve measurable results.
