RTR & Consolidation Analyst

As part of the Head Office Accounting & Reporting (HO A&R) team, you ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting and reporting for all Head Office entities, including Heineken International B.V. and Heineken N.V. This responsibility includes reporting in CIL, statutory accounts, and tax compliance. Operating in a dynamic and complex environment, you collaborate closely with Global Functions such as Global Tax and People Operations, as well as engage with Operating Companies (OpCos) Finance teams and HEINEKEN Global Shared Services (HGSS) / HEINEKEN Business Services (HBS) to deliver high-quality financial information and support business objectives.
Your responsibilities would include:
- performing accounting tasks for Head Office entities in accordance with HEINEKEN Accounting Policies (IFRS), and applicable regulations
- supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax reporting for the Dutch Fiscal Unity
- providing accounting and reporting support to the HEINEKEN Africa Foundation (HAF)
- executing the assigned period-end close tasks for Head Office entities, inclose collaboration with the HO A&R and HGSS team
- conducting timely and accurate Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt resolution and clearance of any outstanding items identified
- managing lease accounting by uploading and maintaining Head Office
- leasing contracts in the IFRS16 solution (PLANON)
- ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Unclassified (UC) and Execute Board (EB) salary payments, including the related Manual Journal Entries
- collaborating with key stakeholders, including the external auditors.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- knowledge of IFRS standards
- strong knowledge of complete accounting processes, particularly Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) and Record-to-Report (RtR)
- expertise in financial reporting and statutory compliance
- experience with ERP system (SAP ECC).
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience with Central Finance (SAP S/4 HANA)
- understanding of CIL Reporting requirements and data submission processes
- ability to post manual journal entries and identify posting errors
- experience with SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office (AfO)
- knowledge of Dutch GAAP.
