The Pre-Prepare Manager reports to the Regional Programme Manager and takes ownership of the Pre-Prepare phase of DBB transitions across our Operating Companies (OpCos). The main mission is to plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of all preparation activities in line with the deployment roadmap — setting each OpCo up for a successful transition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for the OpCo Transition Manager or other OpCo representatives during the Pre-Prepare phase
- Coordinating all Pre-Prepare activities from the central side, ensuring alignment with OpCo stakeholders, deliverables, and Tollgate/Exit criteria
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment and updates across Central, Regional, and OpCo teams
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to OpCo & DBB PLT, and actively participating in relevant meetings
- Creating the OpCo Pre-Prepare Plan, managing its sign-off, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in full (OTIF)
- Handing over to the Regional Transition Manager with complete documentation and context
- Identifying change management issues and risks early, and developing mitigation strategies
- Driving continuous improvement of the Pre-Prepare process, materials, and tools, including gathering and sharing lessons learned
- Ensuring adherence to HEINEKEN’s project methodology and promoting end-to-end, cross-functional collaboration
You're a good candidate if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in a complex, international environment
- Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on global projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to see the big picture
- Influencing skills and a challenging, proactive approach
- Strong communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders with the right level of detail and language
- A fast-learning, adaptable, and can-do attitude.
