Programme Manager

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • leading the planning, execution, and closure of strategic transformation programs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and global strategic objectives
  • acting as People Lead for project managers within specific Global Functional Area
  • establishing and overseeing governance frameworks for transformation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • monitoring delivery progress, identifying risks early, and driving solutions to keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track
  • building, leading, and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • cultivating effective stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels, ensuring successful engagement and implementation of change initiatives
  • driving change management activities, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • facilitating key meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums, ensuring clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-up actions
  • owning and managing program budgets, ensuring accountability for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with business targets
  • leading program budget discussions with senior stakeholders and other agile program managers to ensure strategic resource allocation
  • managing resource allocation, including negotiation for critical skills and capacity across multiple teams or functions
  • leading lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives, embedding insights into future program delivery
  • resolving escalated issues and conflicts, ensuring timely and effective solutions that protect program outcomes
  • representing the program in strategic forums, cross-functional initiatives, and external stakeholder engagements
  • applying Greenprint Standards: Ensure consistent governance and delivery practices to drive efficiency and quality
  • embedding Agile Ways of Working: Promote collaboration, accountability, and visibility across teams.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • min. 8 years of leadership experience required in managing a team within a complex international environment, including line management
  • min. 12 years of experience in Project management
  • university or Master’s degree in business, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline
  • successes in leading program operations, implementing governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement
  • proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business impact.
  • excellent communication & stakeholder management skills at all seniority levels across HEINEKEN global organization and function/region/opco; can accomplish goals through effective influencing
  • excellent skills in building win-win relationships that add clear value
  • experience in executive-level reporting, financial planning, budget ownership, and strategic alignment.
  • positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • flexible leadership style: able to adjust based on context
  • excellent team player, team builder and motivator
  • strong background in mentoring and developing project teams
  • excellent written and verbal English.
