Productivity Co-ordinator

Purpose of Role: Support delivery of EverGreen 2030 Productivity objectives through orchestrating governance processes, embedding standardized ways of working and building F&F2WIN capabilities.
Your daily tasks may include:
- Co ordinating governance processes: Planning and managing key governance processes to assure internal and external Productivity reporting. This includes the bi annual Control Self Assessment (CSA), quarterly ServiceNow (SNow) funnel validations, and other key controls as required
- Supporting capability development: Supporting the development of training materials to upskill the organisation on Productivity EverGreen 2030 and playing a key role in the continuous development and associated governance of the F&F2WIN capability framework, including OpCo maturity assessments
- Maintaining and developing capability tools: Promoting the use of continuous improvement tools by maintaining and developing global Productivity tools such as the Productivity Knowledge Database, Learn Share Re-apply (LSR) Menu Card, and the Cost Benchmarking Tool
- Maintaining and developing digital tools/applications: Support the maintenance of the F&F SNow workstream, F&F PBI reporting, Productivity SharePoint and any new developments as required to support EverGreen objectives
- Project work: Participating in functional and cross functional projects as required.
You are a good match if you have:
- Work experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Supply Chain or Transformation working across multiple stakeholders such as Regions or Functions
- experience in project management environments and developing capability frameworks, tools and processes
- experience with data validation, governance frameworks, or audit processes
- Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or similar
- Required skills:
- ability to design and improve processes, frameworks and toolkits with strong coordination and organizational skills
- structured and logical mind-set with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- basic to intermediate knowledge of digital platforms such ServiceNow (SNow), PowerBI and SharePoint applications
- excellent communication skills to broad range of stakeholders, fluent in English with good verbal & written skills.
