Productivity Analyst

Purpose of Role: Support delivery of EverGreen 2030 Productivity objectives through supporting the corporate governance cycle and preparing financial/business insights to support senior decision making.

 

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Supporting the corporate governance cycle: Play a key role within the Productivity governance cycle by actively participating in related financial and governance processes and ensuring the quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of Annual Plan (AP) and Strategic Plan (SP) requirements, including developing associated building blocks, datasets, and booklets
  • Supporting senior decision-making: Preparing reports and presentations by translating operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights to support senior decision making processes
  • Managing the Productivity Risk & Control framework: Play a lead role in managing and executing against the Productivity Risk and Control framework activities, including executing the bi annual Control Self Assessment (CSA), executing HeiRules controls, and acting as a single point of contact for Region, OpCo and Global Functions support on Productivity methodology and controls 
  • Preparing internal and external Productivity reports: Play a lead role in developing data input and analysis related to monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting requirements 
  • Project work: Participating in functional and cross functional projects as required.

 

You are a good match if you have:

  • Work experience:
    • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Finance with involvement in cross-functional initiatives 
    • proven track record in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), controlling, or performance management working in complex, multinational or matrix organizations 
    • experience with data validation, governance frameworks, or audit processes
    • experience supporting senior leadership / executive-level stakeholders
  • Qualifications: Masters or postgraduate in Business Administration, Business Economics or Accounting & Control or similar 
  • Required skills: 
    • ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations and work under tight deadlines in governance cycles
    • structured and logical mind-set with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with basic knowledge of ServiceNow (SNow) and PowerBI applications
    • excellent communication skills to broad range of stakeholders, fluent in English with good verbal & written skills.
