Product Specialist - Autobank

Your responsibilities would include:
- Identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future Autobank process enhancements
- Maintaining tools daily by monitoring business changes, submitting requests to D&T, and providing required information for implementation
- Analyzing issues and incidents before escalation, delivering a functional/business assessment
- Coordinating and supporting UAT with key users
- Assessing change requests (CRs/BRDs) and driving the implementation of new functionalities
- Delivering training sessions and refreshers to key and end users, keeping training materials up to date
- Supporting globally driven changes affecting tool setup (e.g., IFRS implementation)
- Acting as the first point of contact for escalations from Operating Companies (OpCos)
- Ensuring OpCos remain compliant with company policies (PDDs), Data Management Standards, and Legal/Tax Governance requirements
- Measuring template usage and tracking KPIs/PPIs (e.g., quality, timeliness).
You’re a good candidate if you have:
- Autobank knowledge and functional SAP expertise
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and a background in Finance and/or Customer Service
- Ability to assess business impact and urgency of incidents and requests
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build collaborative relationships
- Proven ability to analyze, track, and interpret KPIs/PPIs, perform root cause analysis, and translate insights into improvements
- Clear and effective communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:
- Experience working at HEINEKEN, with an understanding of Finance processes and operations
- Knowledge of HEINEKEN’s environment, preferably both at Group and Operating Company (OpCo) level
- Experience collaborating across different Finance streams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end process effectiveness.
