As the Product Owner for Connectivity used in the Production Control Domain (PCD) in HEINEKEN, you will play a key role in delivering secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity solutions to support industrial control systems and smart manufacturing in HEINEKEN. You will drive the product backlog and roadmap for the infrastructure and network services in the OT domain that enable brewery automation, real-time data collection, and digital transformation. The Product Owner PCD Connectivity leads the design, development, and optimization of HEINEKENs PCD Connectivity services across HEINEKEN globally.
In this role, you will own the Connectivity product lifecycle, drive innovation, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with business needs and security standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective OT (Operational Technology) connectivity solutions. The Product Owner represents the voice of the customer towards the team and its partners and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
The Product Owner PCD Connectivity reports together with the Product Owner WAN and Product Owner LAN into the Tribe Lead Connectivity. Apart from the Connectivity tribe also the Digital Workplace and Cloud & Hosting tribes and Field Services and Software Asset management Competence Centers report into the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio.
Your responsibilities would include:

owning the HEINEKEN vision on Connectivity for the PCD area and the relevant products and technologies supporting the deployment and operation of PCD capabilities such as PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and distributed production architectures, as well as defining and maintaining the PCD Connectivity technology product roadmap and ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies, with focus on Secomea Remote Access, Managed Firewalls, and LAN

delivering, with the support of HEINEKEN Connectivity partners, 24/7 operations and new developments around OT Connectivity requirements to ensure end users experience a simple, intuitive, seamless, fast, reliable, robust, and secure connectivity service critical for global operational continuity

being accountable for effective product backlog management, especially deciding on priorities and directions to maximize value delivered by the Product Team

being responsible for the financial governance of PCD Connectivity technology platforms (Firewalls, Remote Access, and LAN), continuously evaluating economic efficiency, managing all capital and operating expenditures and charge-outs to OPCOs, and developing annual budgets as well as contributing to five-year planning to project long-term run rates

managing internal stakeholders across functional domains, regional D&T Hubs, Global Information Security, business application teams, and external partners such as Orange Business and Aviatrix

collaborating with the Tribe Product Architect and Enterprise Architecture to define architectural standards for OT Connectivity technologies, while developing roadmaps and efficient operational management standards

collaborating with the Scrum Master to lead a high-performing agile product team delivering fit-for-use and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
You are a good candidate if you:
- hold a master’s degree in IT
- bring several years of work experience in a complex international, multi-country, or multi-region environment
- demonstrate strong and proven leadership experience with connectivity platforms such as firewalls, remote access, and LAN in a multinational context
- possess strong knowledge of enterprise and industrial networking technologies, including switches, routers, cloud, firewalls, SD-WAN, cabling, monitoring, IPAM, DDI, and wireless access points
- work with leading networking vendors such as Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Secomea, and comparable technologies
- act as an inspirational leader for the Product Team
- manage global teams consisting of internal employees and external partners, foster a trusted and business-focused mindset, and develop secure-by-design strategies for related services
- identify, select, and implement relevant new technologies and influence the business through formal global financial business cases for related services
- demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and effectively connect with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- show a strong sense of urgency in enabling and supporting OpCos and their operations with related services
- preferably hold a PSPO certification
- have excellent written and verbal English skills.
