Product Expert

Your responsibilities would include:
- supporting Product Owner in proactively managing respective product, including but not limited to:
- working as part of product team to increasing the product value and realizing product backlog
- providing specialized end-to-end product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
- identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future product enhancements
- maintaining product by monitoring business changes, submitting requests to D&T, and providing required information for implementation
- assessing change requests and driving the implementation of new functionalities
- analysing issues and incidents before escalation, delivering a functional/business assessment
- providing deep functional expertise in tax platforms, ensuring that features and capabilities align with business needs and legal requirements
- supporting globally driven changes affecting product setup (e.g. IFRS, tax changes, impact of AI)
- KPIs/PPIs measurement (quality, time etc)
- supporting cross platform integration, providing expert validation
- leading Platform design discussions withing the product scope
- contributing to product roadmap discussions by providing insights from user feedback and platform performance
- maintaining product documentation and ensuring alignment with evolving business and legal requirements
- delivering training sessions and refreshers to key users, and keeping global template training materials up to date.
Point of contact towards OpCos*, including but not limited to:
- acting as the first point of contact for escalations from OpCos
- supports compliance and Business Analysts/Process Experts by ensuring product configurations and templates with company policies (PDDs), Legal/Tax Governance requirements, and Data Management Standards
- guide OpCos to follow and comply with the standard processes
- ensure OpCo maintain compliance with Data Management Standards
- measurement of template usage
- support OpCos during acquisitions, disposals and other structural changes to ensure continuity, compliance, and alignment with product
- maintains product documentation and supports template updates
- coordinating and supporting UAT with key users, together with process expert
- coordinating and supporting unit, integration and functional platform testing
- translates business needs into system features or configuration.
*During deployment, tax Platform Deployment Specialist (PDS) are responsible for the above activities related to OpCos Other:
- working in close collaboration with Business Analysts/Process Experts, Product Owners, and D&T
- support standing organisation activities
- support deployment activities.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- (platform) knowledge and functional SAP expertise
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
- experience in tax-relevant cross-stream/end-to-end transactional processes and understanding how platform features
- support end-to-end processes
- ability to assess business impact and urgency of incidents and requests
- strong analytical skills and stakeholder management
- clear and effective communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- experience with translating business needs and queries into technical system language
- experience with issue analysis, system testing and training delivery and strong problem-solving mindset
- effective communication, presentation, and time management skills
- excellent English skills.

- experience working at HEINEKEN, with an understanding of tax-relevant processes
- experience collaborating across different streams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end process effectiveness.
