Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.

The Product Architect – Creative & Content Management is part of the Marketing Technology team within Global Digital & Technology Commerce and is one of the professionals who will drive the solutions for our E2E Marketing Content Supply Chain, and particularly our Digital Asset Management tooling strategy. This position is responsible for creating future-fit architecture, to facilitate the design, acquisition and building of modern content pipelines relying on third- and first-party tooling in a scalable and user-friendly manner. The position will work in close alignment with our Commerce business counterparts in the MarTech space.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder Management: Provide proactive support to our Commerce (Marketing) teams by being the go to technical expert for your products. Together with the BA, ensure alignment with your stakeholders on use cases, value proposition and the required future development path of your products
- Solution Architecture: Designing future-fit architecture for a modern content supply chain and asset management. Align with internal senior design architects to ensure compliance and fit with Heineken products and principles
- Product Vision: Ensure continuous drive of product vision to improve the quality of our marketing content supply chain and its user experience. Stay up to date with and actively benchmark against industry advancements and standards
- Tech Standards Compliance: Ensure that security best practices are fully implemented to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. Work with Pen Test vendors and our internal Security team to proactively address security concerns
- Take Ownership: Proactively take ownership of all technical responsibilities, ensuring issues are addressed directly and not deferred to others. Collaborate closely with our in-house and vendor teams to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive documentation and processes to ensure ongoing support and facilitate easy transfer of knowledge. Take full responsibility for ensuring that these resources are thorough and accessible
- Vendor and agency coordination experience: Ability to coordinate with vendor teams / agencies and understand timelines and potential blockers in application management
- Application Stability and Performance: Ensure the stability and performance of Heineken’s existing applications to ensure best in class user experience and stability
- Governance Support: Help drive the design & support the governance of global/regional/local creative & content processes
You are a good match if you have:
- about 5-8 years of working experience in the similar position
- prior experience in the Creative / FMCG industries
- experience with AI driven content (image/video) generation / modification
- experience with best-in-class DAM systems (Acquia/Bynder/Adobe)
- experience in workflow & approval tooling in the marketing space
- experience with taxonomy in asset management
- you have excellent communication skills
- you have a vision of how a future-fit Marketing Operating System should look like
- you have experience in stakeholder management
- you thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
- you view challenges as an opportunity to improve
- you have experience in the rollout of a global solution operating across the markets
- prior team leadership experience.
Mandatory to know:
- Modern DAM systems (Acquia, Bynder, Adobe EM preferred)
- Modern marketing / creative workflow tooling (Workfront)
- Understanding of API integrations
- Asset QC tooling experience (Creative X)
- A/B testing (Optimizely, DAM integrated, etc)
