The Product Architect will be responsible for delivering holistic design and architecture of Customer HUB, providing guidelines and directions to professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint.

The Customer HUB Product Architect partners with the Product Owner and team members to deliver business value to customers throughtranslating architecture and design requirements into functional solutions and participates in the technical development of the product. The Product Architect will collaborate closely with other teams and OpCos to design Customer HUB solutions.

Your responsibilities would include:

• formulate the architecture and design of Customer HUB product based on functional and non-functional requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Azure
• collaborate with Product Architects of other teams to ensure the solution design conforms to the overall architectural vision and road map
• partner with Product Owner to ensure most efficient value added improvements to the product feature
• conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
• verifie the implementation is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements.
• manage the quality of the solutions and minimizes technical debt
• identifie potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
• help Product Team members with removing impediment.

You are a good match if you:

• have bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• have 5+ years of experience in designing architecture using MS Dynamics product suite – CE & Commerce
• have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure & Power Apps
• strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and its integration with Dynamics 365 CE
• familiarity with data modelling, database technologies, and data integration within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
• work withing set Enterprise Architecture guidance and boundaries
• ask the right kind of questions in order to conclude clear requirement understanding.
