Pre-Prepare Manager

The Pre-Prepare Manager is a cross-regional role reporting to People Manager with a focus on preparing transition, the main responsibility of the role is the planning and progress of the preparation activities to start DBB transition in the OpCo*.

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • being key contact for OpCo Transition Manager or other OpCo representative during Pre-Prepare Phase
  • coordination of all Pre-Prepare activities from Central side
  • in alignment with the OpCo Transition Manager ensuring OpCo stakeholder alignment and updates and  OpCo pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials as well as defined Tollgate and Exit criteria
  • ensuring Central & Regional CORE team stakeholder alignment and updates 
  • regular alignment with Regional Programme Manager
  • preparing fortnightly flash reporting to OpCo & CORE PLT and actively participate in relevant meetings
  • being responsible to ensure all deliverables for Pre-Prepare Phase are completed on-time in-full (OTIF)
  • creating OpCo Pre-Prepare Plan and coordinate sign-off process
  • ensuring a proper and complete hand over to Regional Transition Manager
  • recognizing OpCo change management issues and risks at their earliest introduction & developing recommendations and mitigating strategies 
  • leading by example on collaboration and End-to-End cross-functional thinking
  • continuously improving Pre-Prepare process, activities and materials used 
  • gathering lessons learnt and sharing lessons learnt across DBB programme and to the OpCo
  • ensuring adherence to the HEINEKEN project methodology in the programme via regular meetings with Regional Programme Managers and /or DBB team.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ (managerial) experience in a complex international environment
  • more than 3 years’ experience as Project Manager on Global projects
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • challenging approach, influencing skills and stress resilience
  • strong, professional communication skills, ability to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
  • planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture
  • proactive with a can-do-attitude approach
  • ability to adapt to change quickly, you are a fast learner 
  • excellent written and verbal English.
