People Services Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:
- delivering operational support to employees, managers and other stake holders within his/her area of personnel administration, benefits and payroll using dedicated system(s) and tools
- being responsible for process execution and status monitoring as per the People Function policies especially monthly payroll cycle preparation, benefits administration, foreigners’ registration as per the assigned scope of tasks
- answering employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding People Function processes and practices, systems within agreed timelines and qualities
- acting as an expert in his/her domain or assigned tasks within People Services
- supporting design, revision and implementation of the People Services policies and practices
- taking active part in People Function discussions and workshops to work out best in class People Services.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- High School or University degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Personnel Adminstration process
- learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
- engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
- good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills.
