Please note, that this is a fixed-term position (estimated time - 1,5 year). 

Your responsibilities would include:

• delivering operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within his/her area of HR administration
• being responsible for process execution and status monitoring as per the HR policies  especially monthly payroll cycle preparation, benefits administration, foreigners registration
• answering employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding HR processes and practices, systems within agreed SLA timelines and qualities
• taking active part in HR discussions.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• up to 1 year relevant experience or good practical knowledge of the HR area
• High school or University degree 
• learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
• attention to details, time management skills, ability to organize own work and prioritize tasks
• engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
• good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills.
