People Business Partner (1-year fixed-term contract, maternity cover)

The HR Business Partner challenges, coaches and supports line management from his/her area of responsibility, in line with the HR strategy and vision, in order to contribute to a winning HEINEKEN Kraków organization.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • influencing and driving business strategy in HR area in line with the vision of the business
  • acting as an HR Business Partner support to designated business areas for people managers and employees by providing professional advice and expertise and cost-effective solutions
  • supporting managers and leaders in all strategic HR aspects, especially in the area of organization design, rightsizing, resource planning, performance & talent management, reward & recognition practices
  • supporting the process in defining talent pipeline and succession planning needs
  • ensuring the business continues to identify, nurture and develop internal talent
  • coaching leadership on people management skills and responsibilities, challenge them and act as their sounding board
  • supporting design and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy by working closely with the management to ensure high engagement measured by Climate survey, ongoing communication to staff and follow up action plans with effective execution
  • supporting staff and managers in the process of any cultural or business change
  • managing HR projects in alignment with current business requirements
  • implementing of global HR processes, tools and policies and supporting in their application
  • other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in large international organization (preferred SSC/BPO)
  • excellent written and verbal English
  • university degree - HR Management faculty preferable
  • excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment
  • experience in building relationships and being a partner for the business in the HR field
  • experience in executing HR strategy and coaching effective leadership
  • very strong influencing skills
  • experience in driving change
  • knowledge and practical experience of delivering strategies around areas such as succession planning, talent management, engagement, retention and productivity
  • experience in supporting managers in people development, succession planning
  • project management experience
  • very good presentation and communication skills, can switch from operational support to strategic discussions
  • experience in Employer Relations/ knowledge of Polish labour law
  • ability to independently plan and carry out the tasks assigned.
