PTP Process Improvement Specialist with Italian

Your responsibilities would include:

  • performing daily tasks (depending on assigned role) in alignment with SOPs and company policies (in case of doubts consults more senior team members),
  • processing design: Provides input for standard process design for all relevant elements, i.e. Processes, Policies & Procedures, Master Data, (Risks and) Controls, Solutions, Organisational Structures and KPIs/PPIs. Contributes to the creation of policies, procedures and guidelines in close cooperaation with the Global Process Lead and Senior Process Managers.
  • stakeholder management: Engaging actively with OpCos, HGSS, Global Functions and the GPO organization to ensure high quality stakeholder relationships, understand stakeholder requirements and manage expectations to drive optimal E2E processes.
  • driving process improvement initiatives, leverages metrics for operational excellence, guides new process adoption, ensures alignment with business solutions, and authorizes system access per design guidelines.
  • managing knowledge sharing, ensures process compliance, drives deviation reduction, oversees change governance, and acts as a liaison and escalation point for process design issues. 
  • transformation Deployment: Contributes to the execution of the Transformation Roadmap. Intervenes and escalates to the Global Process Lead in case of deviations from plan.
  • leading cross-OpCo and global process improvements, steering E2E initiatives and supporting operations with expert guidance and analysis.
  • providing input for the (re)definition of business outcomes and for the (re)assessment of process performance targets to further drive optimisation

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • fluency in Italian,
  • fluency in English,
  • strong PTP knowledge,
  • strong and effective analytical skills,
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience,
  • exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiar with the SAP system,
  • strong experience and solid knowledge of process specific knowledge,
  • key contribution to process improvement/standardization small to medium size complexity projects,
  • proactive approach,
  • very good organisational skills, 
  • very good excel skills
