PMO Manager

Your responsibilities would include:

• overseeing the full governance cycle and ensuring compliance with PMO standards
• integrating and maintaining standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks
• overseeing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• ensuring accurate and timely project status reporting to all management levels
• consolidating and analyzing project data for strategic decision-making
• facilitating cross-functional coordination and communication among stakeholders
• partnering with executives to ensure alignment between project and strategic goals
• proactively addressing issues and challenges that arise during project execution

You are a good candidate if you have:

• University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• 7+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities
• proven track record supporting or managing medium-to-large projects or programs across multiple functions/regions
• demonstrated success in implementing or enhancing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes
• experience in stakeholder engagement and working with senior business leaders
• experience leading PMO team members and mentoring junior staff
• Project Management Certification (practitioner level)
• fluent English

Nice to have:

• training in portfolio governance, financial management, and change leadership (e.g. PgMP, or MoP, Prosci) is highly desirable.
