PMO Manager

Your responsibilities would include:
- collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverable
- analysing financial data, including projects budgets, and resource allocation
- managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest
- proactively addressing issues and challenges that arise during project execution
- continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as document the project's scope, budget and justification
- facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholder
- tracking project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables
- providing regular project status reports to all levels off management (incl. top
management) - overseing the development of the projects portfolio and ensure that team
members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and timely - managing the team members life cycle, including recruitment, coaching,
development and performance management - ensuring compliance with PMO governance and processes thought the whole
project timeline - providing PMO trainings and support project team members in PMO processes
application - working on process improvement activities, including but not limited to gaining
efficiencies and
You are a good candidate if you have:
- University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an international environment
- strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- demonstrated work experience in facilitating and guiding project management governance cycles change initiatives, influencing team stakeholders, experience with different communication methods and styles
- customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives
- exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
- team player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
- self-driven, requiring minimum supervision
- fluent English required
Nice to have:
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE)
