PMO Manager

Your responsibilities would include:
- Driving PMO activities for regional/global projects
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including projects budgets, and resource allocation.
- Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest
- Providing regular project status reports to all levels off management (incl. top management)
- Tracking project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
- Supporting project teams in mitigating risks and resolving issues that impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitating continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and industry best practices.
- Coordinating communication across project teams, departments, and leadership to ensure alignment.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
- Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
- Self-driven, requiring minimum supervision
- Fluent English required
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- Effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Program and getting their support for initiatives
- Ability to balance standard vs customised program and stakeholder needs
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity, shifting priorities and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue.
Nice to have:
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE)
